Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To start a return, contact us at support@modzymarket.com. Returns must be sent to the address we provide after your request is approved. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@modzymarket.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your current item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union Customers
If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
